Facebook warns of targeting limitations, says Checkout will take time

The company reported record revenues of $20.7 billion for the fourth quarter of 2019, but said privacy changes will affect growth. Facebook reported another record quarter on Wednesday but warned that privacy regulations will limit ad targeting capabilities and slow the future revenue growth. The company announced $21.1 billion in revenues for the fourth quarter of 2019, a 25% increase year-over-year.
